Delete it in the app
Takes effect straight away.
- Sign in to RxLaunchPad on the website or in the app.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Ask us by email
Useful if you can no longer sign in.
Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you, then delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- your account and sign-in details, including your name and email address
- your learning progress, including quiz results, flashcard history, streaks and badges
- your saved notes, preferences and any reports you have sent us
We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it, for example records of payments, which our payment providers (Stripe, Apple and Google) keep under their own policies. Anything else is deleted. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Subscribed to Premium? Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first from Plans → Cancel subscription in the app, or in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions if you subscribed on your phone, so you are not charged again.
